User Agreement

ZPChips.com is not a gambling website. We do not sell gambling chips in any form. The product we sell is playing points and provide entertainment value only. It should not be handled otherwise. it does not have any face value nor can be exchanged for cash.

Payments through western union will be funded inmediately to our bank account as soon as you give us the MTCN number, sender's name, and origin of payment. That's why you will have the transfer of your playing points in less than 10 minutes once you give us the information needed to verify. This service is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 P.M., UTC time. 

Payment with credit card from unknown hosts will be verified via a phone call or by asking for a national ID or passport. We reserve the rights to refuse/reject any order.

Refunds will be handled within 7 bussiness days of the purchase of the product and will be excecuted as soon as the product is returned to our operators.
